2. Fulfillment & Shipping

Third-Party Fulfillment: Aeronauticool utilizes third-party fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship orders.

Production & Delivery: Orders typically take 2–5 business days for production and 3–5 business days for shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Orders & Payment

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct shipping and billing information. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.

Payment: All transactions are processed securely. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Returns & Cancellations

Custom Nature: Because our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or sizing issues.

Defects: If an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us at info@aeronauticool.com within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the issue for a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on aeronauticool.com are the exclusive property of Aeronauticool and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability Aeronauticool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
